About Me

"Ever since I can remember I have been around the world of Real Estate. Many of my family members are realtors and I officially began my career working as an unlicensed assistant at multiple development projects in the late 1990's. In 2006 I became licensed and began my career at Park Georgia Realty working alongside my father Romeo. In 2012 I decided to take the invaluable experience I gained working as a top producing team and branched out as an individual agent.

I moved over to MacDonald Realty in 2013, and am affiliated with the offices in both Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. 

 

My goals are to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to all of my clients and to build a business that is based majorly on referrals and repeat clientele. On a yearly basis, I have achieved a top sales award in my office and I consistently rank in the top 10% of realtors in all of Greater Vancouver. I specialize particularly in court ordered sales and on average sell approx. 15 foreclosures a year. The major banks that I sell for are RBC, Scotiabank, and Genworth Financial.

Traditional Marketing

As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books. I also regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.

Pricing Your Home

I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area.
